Whitney Mulqueen is a carded licensed Horse Show Judge for USEF, USHJA, NSBA, OHSA in Hunters and Jump Seat Equitation (Will be carded with UDJC in Spring of 2026). Whitney is available to judge nationally and currently booking for 2026/2027.
Whitney has over 40 years of combined expertise in riding, teaching, judging, clinician and showing. Whitney has been Judging USEF, USHJA, NSBA, Open, 4-H and Local schooling horse shows for over 30 years.

How It All Began........
Our History
It all started with my Scottish babysitter, Cathleen taking me for a horse back riding lesson on a cold day in 1971. We strolled up Broadway and arrived at The Claremont Riding Academy on the upper westside near Central Park in New York City. My very first lesson was on a big red horse called, "Red Oak". My babysitter even paid for the lesson for me with her ow money because she thought I would take to it and boy was she right! 55 years later and I am still involved with horses! Horses were never going to be a phase and I am proud to be able to give back to such an amazing industry as a National Judge, Professional Instructor and now breeder of quality Welsh ponies for children.
