Reiki in show horses can help them heal after sports injuries and even help them focus on their performance. Even the most nervous horse will be calmer after a Reiki session. There are no negative side effects in having a Reiki session and in fact the energy knows exactly where to go on the injured animal to promote healing and blood flow to that location. Reiki sessions are also available for dogs. 

Whitney Mulqueen a life long Equestrian is also a certified Reiki level three master since 2001. She is trained in the Usui Japanese Reiki system. Whitney has worked on show horses, pleasure horses and rescue horses.
